Steve Mallach holds an honors degree in Journalism and is a communications professional with 20 years of experience. He has particular expertise in the fields of copywriting, marcomms, corporate affairs and public relations.
He has written and edited publications for MNC’s, listed companies and agencies. As an external communications consultant and a senior internal resource he has provided strategic and tactical counsel to companies active in a number of industries. These range from FMCG, technology, financial services, branding and marketing, advertising, online consultancy’s and government.
He is extremely comfortable with research and project management. His experience has ranged from BTL and long form creative and business writing, as well as writing for consumer facing publications. He is also an experienced crisis communication and social media expert.
He is also extremely experienced in developing content for consumer facing online portals such as corporate and brand web sites. Whether it is marketing collateral such as newsletters, creative writing, scriptwriting, white papers or online content provision, or any tactical through the line implementations, he believes that emotional involvement of the target audience, combined with useful and engaging content is the key to successful copy.
